I’m looking for someone kind, dependable, and hungry to grow — someone who enjoys working from home, loves learning new skills, and wants real guidance, not just random tasks.
This role is more than “just” assisting. You’ll be supporting me with daily organization and operations while also helping me build and grow my online business — including social media, TikTok Shop, and exploring new ways to make money online.
I believe in clear communication, training, and confidence. I will make sure you understand your tasks, feel supported in your work, and always have space to ask questions. You won’t be left guessing or feeling unsure — we’ll grow together.
This position starts part-time, but my intention is for it to become more consistent and potentially more full-time as the business grows. As sales improve, I plan to reinvest back into the team. That means:

Job Description:
- I’m looking for a highly reliable, fast-learning virtual assistant to support both my personal operations and creative work.
- This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking expenses and updating simple spreadsheets
- Helping with budgeting and organization
- Ordering groceries and managing basic personal admin
- Supporting social media organization (content tracking, captions, scheduling)
- Light video editing (Reels/TikTok – templates provided)
- Learning new tools and workflows as needed
- Assisting with trip planning and movement
- Updating calendars appropriately
Requirements:
- Strong English comprehension
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable with Google Sheets
- Willing to learn systems and follow instructions
- Reliable daily communication
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Social media familiarity (Instagram, TikTok)
Must be able to use or quickly learn:
- Loom (recording and watching video instructions)
- Google Sheets & Google Docs
- ChatGPT and other AI tools for support and efficiency
Preferred (strong plus):
- Zapier (basic automations or willingness to learn)
- TikTok & YouTube (content organization or posting)
- Design tools: Canva and/or Photoshop
Communication & Work Style:
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfortable talking on the phone when needed
- Professional
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset — asks questions, flags issues, and suggests improvements
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
