JOB OVERVIEW

BCENE is a UK video and content studio. We make content that does a real job for the businesses we work with. Right now our most pressing need is motion: animated promos, brand graphics, and the kind of motion design that makes content stand out. We're looking for a skilled motion editor to join us long-term and become part of how we work.
This isn't one-off gig work. We want someone reliable we can build a real working relationship with, who takes a brief and brings their own eye to it, not just someone who drags in presets.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Animated promos for social and paid ads, short and punchy
Motion graphics: titles, lower thirds, captions, and transitions
Logo animations, stings, and brand idents
Kinetic typography that actually reads well
Turning data and stats into clean animated graphics
Adding motion to edits wherever it lifts the work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A strong motion design eye: timing, easing, weight, and knowing when less is more
Confident in Adobe After Effects, the core tool for this role
Understands animation principles, not just dragging in presets
Can work inside a brand's look and keep it consistent
Comfortable in Premiere Pro for assembling promos (helpful, not essential)
A reel that shows real motion and animation work
Reliable, communicates clearly, and hits deadlines
Good written English for day-to-day communication

TOOLS WE USE
Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with ---------- and Google Drive for delivery and feedback. Bonus points if you've animated data and stats before, or worked inside brand templates and systems.
