/// The Role
We turn financial data into animated video content for our YouTube and client productions. We need someone who can take a storyboard, pull chart assets from our repo, and build the animation pipeline to bring it to life — using code and AI tools (Claude Code) to move fast.

Video editing and motion graphics experience
Real coding ability — comfortable in a repo, not just drag-and-drop tools
Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code
Good eye for pacing and making data look good on screen

/// Nice to Have
Financial/data-heavy content background
Experience building your own tooling or animation templates
