JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an expert Motion Graphics Designer to produce top-tier kinetic typography, visual effects, and animated graphics for high-converting service pitches and promotional marketing content.

You will work on project-based deliverables with the potential to transition into a long-term retainer as client volume scales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit a fast-paced motion graphics and kinetic typography.
- Collaborate closely to bring high-converting video pitch decks, promotional ads, and marketing assets to life.
- Maintain clean project file structures and deliver render-ready source files (.aep) upon project completion.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high visual and technical standards.

Requirements & Skills:
- Advanced Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Portfolio Required: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design, smooth easing, kinetic text, and compositing (applications without a portfolio link will be ignored).
- Speed & Reliability: Fast turnaround times, good communication, and strong attention to detail.
- Loyalty and long-term focused.
