JOB OVERVIEW

We are Headline, a sports cards and collectibles company with daily livestreams, a retail shop, an eCommerce site, repack products, and a company-owned 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We need a full-time Motion Graphics Designer who can produce clean, modern, on-brand animations for our livestreams, social media, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Livestream Motion Graphics

Create animated livestream overlays, transitions, lower thirds, and promo screens.

Produce hit animations, pull effects, and break-related motion graphics.

Update and refresh livestream visuals regularly.

Build animated assets similar to FilthBomb, Fanatics Live, and modern sports media.

Social Media Motion Graphics

Create motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Build motion title cards, animated reels, and simple video graphics.

Create animated promo teasers for breaks, releases, and events.

Brand & Marketing Motion Assets

Build animated banners or headers for Shopify and web pages.

Create motion elements for marketing videos or ads.

Produce simple animated content for our 501(c)(3) nonprofit (event flyers, social videos).

Video Editing Support

Assemble short-form edits when needed (simple cuts, text placement, syncing).

Add motion graphics to existing video content.

Maintain clean templates and organized project files.

Requirements

Proficient in After Effects or similar motion software.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere (basic to intermediate).

Strong understanding of motion design, timing, and transitions.

Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent style.

Fast turnaround time and good communication.

Experience with livestream or esports graphics is a plus.

Experience with sports-themed or entertainment graphics is a plus.

Good English communication.

Work Expectations

Full-time, 40 hours/week.
