We are a fast-growing U.S.-based eCommerce company in the health & wellness space, focused on building impactful brands and high-converting digital experiences across multiple channels including Shopify, Amazon, Meta, ---------- , ---------- and more.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Motion Designer with strong experience in video editing and animation to create engaging, high-performing content for ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands direct-response creative, short-form video trends, and can bring ideas to life visually.

Key Responsibilities:

Create short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms
Design animated content (GIFs, motion graphics, product videos)
Edit video content for marketing campaigns and landing pages
Assist with creative video and animations for websites, email campaigns, and product pages
Repurpose content into multiple formats for different channels
Collaborate with marketing team on creative strategy and testing

Requirements:
Strong experience in video editing & animation
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Ability to create scroll-stopping ad creatives
Strong understanding of digital marketing and ad formats
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week, consistent availability)

Nice to Have:

Experience with eCommerce brands or direct-response marketing
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon creatives, or product marketing
Graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator)
