JOB OVERVIEW

MW Capture is a Swiss B2B video/photo agency (construction, real estate, and corporate events). We're looking for a Motion Designer to elevate our video content with animated captions, infographics, and light motion graphics. Scope will be refined based on the profiles we receive - this can range from ongoing part-time support to a per-project arrangement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create animated subtitle/caption styles for short-form and long-form video
- Design and animate infographics (timelines, stats, process diagrams - e.g. construction project milestones)
- Build custom motion graphics for specific projects as briefed (logo animations, lower-thirds, transitions)
- Maintain visual consistency with MW Capture's brand kit across all animated elements
- Deliver drafts within 48 hours of receiving the brief and source footage/data

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in motion design (portfolio required, especially animated captions and infographics)
- Strong skills in Adobe After Effects (Illustrator a plus for infographic assets)
- Ability to work from a brand kit and adapt style across two content types (corporate/construction vs. event energy)

SCHEDULE: Scope to be defined - project-based to start, potential for ongoing collaboration. Notified minimum 1 week before each shoot/project date where animation is tied to a specific shoot. 48-hour turnaround expected on first draft for standard requests.
