We are looking for an experienced Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant who can confidently handle loan files — not just basic admin work.
This role requires strong knowledge of FHA and VA guidelines, solid income calculation skills, and the ability to review and submit clean files.
This position will start as part-time, with a clear path to full-time long-term.
???? Responsibilities
Review loan files and ensure they are complete before submission
Submit loans to multiple lenders (broker channel)
Calculate income (W-2, self-employed, bank statements)
Work with FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines
Run AUS (DU/LP) and review findings
Register loans, lock rates, and assist with disclosures
Request and follow up on missing conditions
Coordinate with lenders, escrow, title, and insurance
Identify and help resolve issues before underwriting
? Requirements
2+ years U.S. mortgage experience (Processor or LO Assistant)
Strong understanding of FHA and VA guidelines
Strong income calculation skills (especially self-employed borrowers)
Experience working with multiple lenders (broker experience preferred)
Ability to review files and catch issues early
Strong English communication (calls and
