We’re on the lookout for an experienced, driven, detail-oriented Loan Processor who’s eager to grow their career in the mortgage broking industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be working part of a pod system with an experienced mortgage broker, another loan processor and settlements officer.
Application Management
• Review and process mortgage applications from submission through to formal approval.
• Prepare and enter application data into ApplyOnline.
• Check documents against lender checklists and flag any missing or incomplete items.
Documentation Review
• Review supporting documents including payslips, credit reports and liabilities statements and cross-check information with • Broker Notes and the Servicing Calculator provided.
• Prepare compliance documents and necessary application forms.
Submission & Lodgment
• Lodge applications via ApplyOnline.
• Action any Missing Information Requests from lenders.
• Follow up post-submission to ensure timely application progress.
Communication & Client Service
• Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, lenders/assessors to ensure smooth application processing.
• Provide regular updates to clients on application status.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in loan processing in the Australian Mortgage Industry.
• Experience in using Flex is a must.
• Proficiency with ApplyOnline and lender portals.
• Experience with pricing and valuation requests.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements.
