About Us:
We are a growing mortgage team seeking a motivated and results-driven Mortgage Lead Generation Specialist to help build and manage our pipeline. This role focuses on generating, qualifying, and nurturing mortgage leads for our loan officers.
Responsibilities:
-Generate and source mortgage leads through outbound calls, texts,
-Follow up with new and existing leads to gather basic mortgage qualification information
-Pre-screen and qualify prospects based on provided criteria
-Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to loan officers
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
-Track lead activity, follow-ups, and conversion status
Qualifications:
*Experience in mortgage or real estate lead generation preferred
*Strong communication and follow-up skills
*Comfortable with outbound calling, texting, and
*Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
*Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
