About MortgageSolvers

MortgageSolvers is a Canadian mortgage brokerage helping homeowners in Ontario and Alberta access equity, consolidate debt, and get financing that banks turn down. We generate our own leads through paid advertising, so you are never cold calling a purchased list. Every person you call raised their hand and asked for help.

We are a small, fast-moving team: appointment setters, closers, and a fulfillment desk. We are scaling aggressively over the next three years, and the people who join early and perform will move up with us.

The Role

You are the first human voice a homeowner hears after they submit an inquiry. Your job is not to sell a mortgage. Your job is to call fast, build trust in the first ten seconds, confirm the person is a real fit, and book them into a closer's calendar for a proper consultation.

Speed matters more than anything else in this seat. A lead called in under five minutes converts several times better than one called in an hour. You will be measured on that.

What You'll Do
Call every new inbound lead within five minutes of it landing, and keep calling on a structured follow-up cadence until you reach them or they go cold
Work a daily dial list of new leads, callbacks, and aged leads out of our CRM
Run our qualification script: confirm property ownership, rough property value, existing mortgage, what they are trying to accomplish, and urgency
Book qualified homeowners into a closer's calendar and confirm the appointment by text and email
Send follow-up SMS and email to no-answer leads using our approved templates
Log every call, note, and outcome in ---------- so the closer walks into the call fully briefed
Re-book and rescue no-shows
Show up to daily huddles and weekly 1:1s, and take coaching on your call recordings
