We need someone who understands CRM architecture, automations, workflows, integrations, and reporting, and can think strategically about how a law firm operates.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for planning, building, and implementing our
CRM & Workflow Design
Migrate lead data from Zoho
Design CRM boards for:
Estate Planning Workshops (in-person)
Webinars (live + on-demand)
Define lifecycle stages, statuses, ownership, and handoffs
Set up pipelines from lead ? consultation ? engagement ? completion
Automations & Integrations
Build automations for:
Lead intake
Status changes
Task creation
Internal notifications
Follow-ups and reminders
Integrate with:
Email
SMS / calling platforms (RingCentral or similar)
Forms / landing pages
Reduce as much manual work as possible
Workshops & Webinar Logic
Support recurring workshops with:
Registrations
Attendance tracking
Reminder flows
Post-event follow-ups
Support webinars with:
Registration tracking
Automated nurture sequences
Conversion tracking to consultations
Reporting & Visibility
Dashboards for:
Lead volume by source
Workshop attendance vs conversions
Probate pipeline status
Team performance
Clean, executive-level visibility
Training & Handoff
Train a small internal team (5–7 users)
Provide documentation or Loom walkthroughs
Ensure the system is usable and scalable
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with
Strong understanding of automations and integrations
Experience migrating from another CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Ability to think through real-world business workflows
Clear communicator who can recommend best practices
