JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical **Monday.com Expert** to design, build, and optimize our digital work ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our high-level business goals and technical execution. You will be responsible for transforming manual, disjointed processes into streamlined, automated, and scalable workflows within Monday.com.

The ideal candidate has a deep system-architecture mindset, excels at advanced integrations, and can confidently consult with internal stakeholders/clients to drive software adoption.

### Key Responsibilities

* **Solution Architecture & Design:** Lead discovery sessions with various departments `[e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations]` to map out complex business processes and translate them into robust Monday.com boards, dashboards, and Workspaces.
* **Automation & Integration:** Build and maintain advanced automated workflows to reduce manual data entry. Integrate Monday.com seamlessly with external tech stacks `[e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, or ERPs]` natively or via iPaaS tools like **Make.com** or **Zapier**.
* **Data Analytics & Dashboards:** Create high-level executive and team-level dashboards to provide real-time data visualization, KPI tracking, and resource management.
* **AI Implementation:** Stay ahead of product releases and leverage **Monday AI** capabilities to further automate content generation, data summarization, and predictive workflow tasks.
* **System Governance & Maintenance:** Manage user permissions, security protocols, folder hierarchies, and system maintenance to ensure long-term data integrity and system scalability.
* **Training & Enablement:** Conduct onboarding workshops, create internal documentation/SOPs, and act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and driving platform adoption across the organization.

### Qualifications & Skills

* **Experience:** 2–4+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise-level Monday.com setups.
* **Certifications:** Monday.com Product Consultant, Workflow Designer, or Advanced Work OS Certification is highly preferred.
* **Technical Aptitude:** Strong understanding of relational databases, data structures, and cross-board mapping. Familiarity with APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) and formulas is a major plus.
* **Third-Party Tools:** Proficiency with integration platforms like **Make.com (Integromat)**, **Zapier**, or **Power Automate**.
* **Problem-Solving:** A systems-thinking mindset; ability to spot operational bottlenecks and design immediate digital solutions.
* **Communication:** Exceptional interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to explain highly technical concepts to non-technical team members.
