JOB OVERVIEW

Keyboard Mockup Designer (Commission Based, Remote) — 2nd Hiring Phase

We're looking for designers to create keyboard mockups on a per-commission basis. No fixed hours, fully remote, and all tools are free.

What you'll do:
- Source images online (Google, AI generation, clip art) and place them onto a provided template
- Remove backgrounds where needed
- Minor font and color adjustments
- Deliver completed PSD + all assets in a single ZIP file
- Revisions are light, usually just color or image swaps

Tools (all free, no cost to you):
- Photopea (web based)
- Picsart (background removal)
- Keyboard simulator (web based)
- You're free to use Photoshop, Illustrator, or any tool you prefer
- AI image generation and GPT for ideation is encouraged

Pay:
$5 USD per approved mockup. Rejected work is not paid, so quality matters. Payment via Wise or Easypay, your choice.

What we provide:
- 5 reference PSD files
- Design materials, references, and style guides for the specific aesthetics we work with
- Tutorials for certain design styles we require
- Full onboarding tutorial via Google Meet before you start
- Ongoing support from the manager

Expectations:
Target completion time is 40 minutes to 1 hour per mockup. You don't need to be an expert, you just need a good eye and genuine care for the output.

Our first batch of designers is already onboarded and producing. We're now opening a second phase for up to 5 additional spots.
