JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Miro Flowchart / Automation Workflow Documentation Assistant

Job Type: Part-time / Project-Based
Work Location: Remote

Job Description:

I am looking for someone experienced with Miro flowcharts, workflow diagrams, process mapping, and automation documentation.

I have an existing Miro flowchart for a field service intake automation project, but the chart is now outdated. The project has changed and improved during planning, and I need someone to help bring the Miro flowchart current.

The project involves:

* CallTrackingMetrics / CTM call tracking
* n8n automation workflows
* FieldPulse customer/job workflow planning
* Voice AI intake agent planning
* Complete and incomplete service request handling
* Pending human review workflow
* SMS/email alerts
* Future CTM + Voice AI + FieldPulse integration
* Legacy RingCentral number handling
* Source tracking and intake classification

You do not need to build the automation. This role is for updating and organizing the Miro flowchart so the workflow is clear, logical, and easy for developers to understand.

Main Responsibilities:

* Review my current Miro flowchart
* Review written notes, screenshots, and workflow instructions I provide
* Update the flowchart to match the current automation plan
* Organize the chart into clear sections/modules
* Clean up outdated steps, duplicate logic, and confusing branches
* Add new sections for:

* CTM tracking-number intake
* n8n intake processing
* FieldPulse-ready output
* incomplete intake / pending human review
* Voice AI call flow
* future Voice AI to n8n handoff
* alert routing
* legacy RingCentral number handling
* Use clear labels, colors, and grouping
* Create a flowchart that can be used as a planning and developer handoff document

Important:

This is not a coding role. I am hiring separate developers for the actual n8n and Voice AI builds.

This role is for someone who is good at process mapping, Miro organization, workflow documentation, and turning messy planning notes into a clear visual system.

Preferred Skills:

* Strong experience with Miro
* Workflow/process mapping experience
* Ability to organize complex business processes visually
* Experience documenting automation workflows
* Familiarity with n8n, webhooks, APIs, CRM workflows, or Voice AI is helpful but not required
* Good written English
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Able to work from written notes and ask clarifying questions when needed

First Paid Test:

The first task will be a small paid test.

You will review a section of my current Miro flowchart and a short written update, then revise that section so I can confirm your style, clarity, and ability to organize the workflow.

Please include in your application:

1. Your experience with Miro.
2. Examples of workflow diagrams, process maps, or Miro boards you have created.
3. Whether you have experience documenting automation workflows.
4. Whether you are familiar with n8n, APIs, webhooks, CRM systems, or Voice AI.
5. Your hourly rate or fixed price for a small Miro cleanup/update test.
6. Your availability this week.
7. Whether you are comfortable working from a flowchart that is already started but needs cleanup and updates.

Please start your reply with:

“I can update the Miro flowchart”

so I know you read the full post.
