Who We Are

We are a dynamic team specializing in affiliate marketing campaigns in the nutraceutical sector, with a primary focus on the European market and global operations. We work with international affiliate networks and manage high-volume creatives for Meta campaigns.

We're looking for someone with at least 1-2 of these competencies. If you don't have them, this role isn't the right fit:

? Have you created Meta video ads for ecommerce or affiliate product ? Specify which niches and product types; translate into English
? Do you have experience with affiliate networks (European or American)? If so, which ones?
? Do you regularly use the Meta Ads Library to research competitor creatives?
? Have you ever independently developed a creative strategy from scratch (angle, hook, script)?

The Role

We're not looking for a simple video editor: we need someone who can think like a marketer and produce like an editor. Your goal isn't to make beautiful videos — it's to make videos that sell.

Main Responsibilities
Creative Strategy

Analyze the Ads Library and competitors to identify winning angles and creative trends
Develop concepts, hooks, and scripts in collaboration with the team
Independently propose new creative ideas based on campaign data
Identify creative opportunities in new niches and markets

Video Production

Create high-performing video ads for Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) in the nutraceutical sector
Generate video content using AI tools like Sora, Veo, and others (access provided)
Independently manage the entire production process, from material sourcing/generation to final product

Essential Requirements

Proven experience creating video ads for Meta (nutra or other ecommerce niches)
Mastery of Sora and other AI video generation tools
Fluent use of the Meta Ads Library
Ability to develop creative strategies independently
Strong ROI orientation and data-driven approach
Strong AI prompt engineering skills for video generation

Preferred Requirements

Experience with European or American affiliate networks
Knowledge of the nutra/supplements sector and related compliance
Background in related niches: garden, home, manifestation, digital products
Familiarity with traditional video editing tools
