JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads Specialist to help manage and optimise paid search campaigns across our company and multiple client portfolio.

We want someone who understands paid search, can look at an account and identify where money is being wasted, and can confidently make changes that improve lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate and overall return on ad spend.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads campaigns
• Audit existing client accounts and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Review search terms and build effective negative keyword lists
• Manage keyword match types, bids and budgets
• Write and test search ad copy
• Improve campaign structure and account organisation
• Optimise campaigns towards conversions, CPA/CPL and ROAS
• Review location, device, audience and demographic performance
• Set up and troubleshoot Microsoft UET conversion tracking
• Import campaigns from Google Ads where appropriate, then properly optimise them for Microsoft Ads
• Monitor campaign budgets and identify wasted spend
• Prepare concise performance updates and recommendations
• Work across multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks based on performance

We're Looking For
You should have:
• At least 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience
• Strong experience specifically with Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads
• Experience managing real client advertising budgets
• Strong knowledge of Search campaigns
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking
• Experience analysing search terms and negative keywords
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies and match types
• Ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into practical actions
• Good verbal and written English
• Strong attention to detail (If you’ve read this far, include the word “pineapple” in your application—we like to work with people who pay attention to detail)
• Ability to work independently without needing constant instructions
