Job Title: Micro-Influencer Outreach & Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Micro-Influencer Outreach & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential micro-influencers across key social media platforms and building effective affiliate marketing strategies. Your expertise in influencer relationship management and affiliate campaigns will help grow our brand’s reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify micro-influencers on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for influencer and affiliate campaigns.
- Negotiate terms and manage communication with influencers and affiliates.
- Assist in content creation and managing campaigns for both influencers and affiliates.

Mandatory Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Experience with affiliate marketing strategies and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and CRMs.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in micro-influencer outreach or affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating outreach materials.
- Experience with content creation or campaign management.
