Are you obsessed with how designs look and feel? Do you believe great design can change lives? Let’s team up.
We believe in people. This is why we only work with clients who serve people. From firefighters, to law firms, to suppliers sending life-saving food to kids dying of malnutrition, the work you do will help make the world a better place.
Our team is made up of people who want to do the best work of their life. People who love to learn, challenge themselves, grow and have some fun along the journey. We also care about each other – we support each other in our own personal goals and vision. We are human beings before employees and we love to bring out the best in each other.
Now, ready to learn more about this opening? Buckle up.
If you work here, you’ll:
- Be challenged to do the best work of your life in a supportive environment.
- Become the best communicator you can become (this is the most important thing we do).
- Have the space to ask questions, voice your feedback, and make a difference.
- Help shape the design of our products from the ground up, participating in stimulating conversations with like-minded people.
What you could be working on:
- Designing intuitive, scalable interfaces for that solve real problems.
- Turning rough ideas, feedback notes, or “brain dumps” into clear user flows, wireframes and mockups that tell a story from start to finish.
- Building and maintaining a thoughtful design system that keeps our tools consistent, accessible, and efficient
- Working closely with developers throughout implementation, reviewing builds, and fine-tuning details to make sure the final output matches the design intent.
- Refining the small details that elevate the experience, including micro-interactions, states (hover, active, error, empty), spacing, iconography, and motion.
- Simplifying complex workflows by breaking them into logical, digestible steps and removing unnecessary friction wherever possible.
- Contributing to product discussions early by challenging assumptions, suggesting alternative approaches, and advocating for the user perspective.
- Supporting clear design handoffs with well-organized files, annotated flows, and defined components so the team can build efficiently.
You’ll do well in this job if you:
- Bring at least 3 years of experience with building designs and UX
- Have a strong sense of visual design, always putting usability first. You obsess about how design looks, and you care even more about how they work.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, and can walk others through the reasoning behind your design decisions. You don’t just say what looks better, you explain why it solves the problem.
- Enjoy exploring new tools and improving your workflow, whether that’s Figma or anything else that helps you do better work. - You’re naturally helpful and like making collaboration easier for everyone.
- Have clear opinions on best practices, but stay open to feedback. You’re confident in your thinking, yet flexible enough to test, refine, and evolve your ideas.
- Have the persistence to push for a better user experience, even when it takes extra effort. You don’t settle for “good enough” if you know it can be improved.
- Pay close attention to detail. If something is slightly misaligned or inconsistent, you notice it and fix it.
- Can take a rough collection of ideas and turn it into a clear, structured, and polished layout independently. You’re comfortable shaping ambiguity into something concrete.
- Are okay with healthy debate. If something doesn’t serve the user, you’re willing to say so and back it up with solid reasoning.
- Take ownership of handoffs. Your files are clean, layers are organized, and notes are clear so developers and teammates can move quickly without guesswork.
- Approach problems with curiosity. If a button isn’t being clicked or a form isn’t being completed, you want to dig in and understand what’s really going on.
You probably shouldn’t apply if:
- You’re “just looking for extra money.”
- You like working 5 full-time jobs because all you care about is work.
- You get offended easily and take things personally.
- You are not someone with grit and determination who can persevere while being challenged to do great work.
- You get overwhelmed easily, new habits, new learnings and chat messages.
The interview process:
- Since 99% of our work is done via Slack (we don’t do scheduled calls), the entire interview process will be via
If you work here:
- You’ll get 13th month salary, Filipino holidays, unlimited time off (we don’t count sick days), a normal working day schedule (no night shifts, although an early start is preferred for time overlap) with some flexibility, a week off during the holidays in December, and the opportunity to grow and become your best self.
A little more about us:
- We’ve been in business for a decade+. Our teams are remote (mostly in the Philippines). Our longest standing tea
How to begin:

NOTE: While we like AI, and we use it in certain circumstances, we ask that no AI be used during communication. Communication is the most important thing we do. If I don't see your natural voice from our first interaction, then you're setting an inaccurate representation of who you are and how you communicate. And when I see that change, it's going to come across as a lack of harmony in how you communicate.
