We're Hiring: Property Manager and Outreach Trainee or Manager
???? Location: USA (Remote) | ???? Part-Time Position
Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for real estate, marketing, and influencer engagement? About the Role
This hybrid position blends property management assistance, influencer outreach, and strategic brand growth. You’ll also provide backup customer support for a new company launching soon ---------- — so excellent customer service is essential.
Strong phone communication and fluent, impeccable English are required. This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, organized, and enjoys making connections.

Key Responsibilities
1. On Call Property Management Support (Around 5 day/week + backup coverage)
• Communicate with guests and coordinate maintenance or vendor scheduling
• Manage email correspondence and maintain property records
• Support listing marketing: organize photos, write compelling copy, and post online
2. Phone Outreach & Client Communication
• Call property rental listings by owner (e.g., from Zillow) to offer our corporate rental solutions
• Speak with confidence and professionalism — flawless English and friendly phone presence required
3. Influencer & Strategic Partnerships
• Identify and connect with local influencers and entrepreneurs in:
o Greater Palm Springs (Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, etc.)
o Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego
• Build authentic relationships via DMs and thoughtful comments in connection with influencer marketing
• Must have experience or training in influencer marketing or public relations

4. Media Strategy & Planning
• Write customized scripts and partnership messages
• Assist in outreach calendar development and city guide promotion
• Help increase engagement and following across multiple accounts

5. Soon Provide Customer Support for RER Lifestyle Contracts
• Provide backup customer service and communication support for a second company
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Growth opportunity to help shape support processes as the business scales
