JOB OVERVIEW

Exceedios Agency is hiring a Meta / Facebook Ads Specialist to help us research, launch, and optimize high-performing paid social campaigns for fast-growing eCommerce brands.

We’re a performance-focused marketing agency managing over $2.5M/month in ad spend, working with Shopify-based DTC brands across multiple niches. Our goal is simple: launch profitable Meta Ads campaigns backed by solid research, structured testing, and data-driven optimization.

You’ll be responsible for researching competitors, identifying winning ad angles, launching new campaigns, and supporting scaling efforts by continuously feeding the team with insights from ad performance and market research.
This role is heavily focused on ads launching, creative research, and advanced-stage optimization, working closely with Creative Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to ensure every campaign we launch has a clear hypothesis and performance goal.

-You are located in these time zones: between UTC - 1 and UTC +9 (Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia).

-Perfect English (spoken and written) is required
-You have at least 3 years of experience in Meta Ads optimization, Facebook Ads competitors research, campaigns creation, and ads launching.
*Ideally, you have worked for a Meta Ads agency, where you worked with multiple
e-commerce clients, or you have worked with many e-commerce businesses directly.
-You have a Data-Driven Mindset:
*Experience analyzing ad metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Frequency
*Can translate data into new testing ideas and hypotheses. Understands when to kill, iterate, or scale campaigns based on performance data
*Able to analyze ad performance data and extract actionable insights
-You have really Strong Research Skills:
*You can research competitors’ ads, funnels, landing pages, PDP layouts, advertorials, and identify unique testing opportunities
*You understand customer psychology and buying behavior
*You have the ability to identify winning ad angles, hooks, offers, and creative patterns
-You know how to use ChatGPT/Google Gemini/Claude in your testing process if needed
-Truly Interested in a long-term job position
-Very tech-savvy
-You are able to provide a portfolio/results from your previous Meta Ads Campaigns from your previous clients/work (you can erase sensitive data)
