JOB OVERVIEW

Backyard Upgrade Co. is an e-commerce brand focused on backyard, outdoor living, lawn, garden, and home improvement products. We currently have 15 products and are preparing to begin paid advertising.

We are looking for a skilled Meta/Facebook Ads Specialist who can help us identify our strongest products, create high-converting ad creatives, launch campaigns, analyze results, and scale winning products.

Responsibilities:

* Set up, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
* Review our current 15 products and recommend which products should be tested first
* Create a structured product-testing strategy
* Create multiple ad creatives and hooks for each product
* Use Higgsfield AI/Marketing Studio to create UGC-style videos, product demonstrations, product reviews, problem/solution ads, and other creative variations
* Write direct-response ad copy, headlines, hooks, and CTAs
* Set up/verify Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking
* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers
* Monitor CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and other important metrics
* Retarget website visitors and potential customers
* Scale winning campaigns while cutting or improving losing campaigns
* Research competitors and successful ads using Meta Ad Library
* Provide clear weekly reports explaining what worked, what didn’t, and what should be tested next

Required Experience:

* Proven experience running Meta Ads for Shopify/e-commerce stores
* Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion funnels
* Experience creating and testing Facebook/Instagram ad creatives
* Strong understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
* Ability to analyze advertising data and make decisions based on performance
* Shopify experience

Strongly Preferred:

* Higgsfield AI experience
* AI-generated UGC/video advertising experience
* Canva and/or CapCut
* Experience marketing home, garden, outdoor living, or similar products
* Experience taking new e-commerce products from initial testing to profitable scaling
