JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US marketing agency. We run Meta ads and booking systems for outdoor
lighting companies across the United States. Our job is simple to describe and
hard to do well. We get a homeowner to raise their hand, then we get that
homeowner onto the client's calendar for an estimate.

We need a media buyer who has run LOCAL LEAD GENERATION, not ecommerce. There
is no shopping cart here. Success is a booked estimate the client actually
shows up to. If you have only run purchase campaigns for dropshipping stores,
this role will frustrate you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build and launch Meta campaigns for client accounts (lead forms and landing
page conversions)
- Check every account every morning. Catch dead ads, spend spikes, rejected
creative, and broken forms before the client does
- Run the creative testing calendar with our video editor. New angles in,
losers off, winners scaled
- Watch lead quality, not just cost per lead. Bad leads at a good price are a
failure
- Keep the daily scorecard current so we always know cost per lead and cost per
booked appointment by account
- Send one written weekly report per client account with what changed, what it
cost, and what is next
- Manage pixels, conversion events, audiences, and exclusions across accounts
- Build our playbook. In your first 60 days you will turn our screen recordings
and your own daily work into written SOPs in Notion, with screenshots. We
give you the hours for this. It is a real part of the job, not extra credit

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

- You will not talk to clients. Our founder owns every client relationship
- You will not set strategy alone for the first 90 days. Offer, angle,
geography, and budget calls come from our founder. You own the build, the
daily execution, and the recommendations
- You will not touch client money. Clients pay Meta directly on their own cards

WHAT YOU NEED

- 2 or more years buying Meta ads with real budget responsibility. Tell me the
monthly spend you personally managed
- Direct experience with local service lead generation in the US. Home services
is ideal
- You can explain the difference between an instant form lead and a landing
page lead, and when you would use each
- You know how to set up the pixel and conversion events, and you can tell when
tracking is lying to you
- You are comfortable working accounts in the $50 to $200 per day range. This
is not a $10k per day ecom job
- Good written English. You will write client-facing reports our founder
reviews and sends
- You can work 9am to 1pm US Eastern every weekday. Accounts break in the
morning and we fix them in the morning

NICE TO HAVE

- Google Ads or Local Services Ads experience
- You have worked inside GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and understand what
happens to a lead after the form
- You have run multiple client accounts at once at an agency
- You have opinions about creative and can brief an editor properly
