Meta Ads Media Buyer (Home Improvement Lead Generation) – Full Time Role

TR Digital is a performance-driven marketing agency specialising in lead generation for home improvement companies across the UK. We help businesses such as:

• Driveway & landscaping companies
• Kitchen & bathroom companies
• Garden room installers
• Roofing companies
• Builders and other home improvement specialists

generate consistent, high-quality leads using Meta advertising systems. Our focus is simple: build predictable lead generation systems that help our clients grow their businesses. Due to a consistent increase in demand and our plans to scale further, we are now looking for a skilled Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team full time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year experience running Meta ads for home improvement businesses
• Is highly confident running lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Can show proof of results working with home improvement businesses
• Can confidently set up campaigns, audiences, creatives and lead forms
• Is comfortable tracking results and improving campaigns to hit KPIs
• Can provide weekly performance check-ins
• Is open to having a quick call every 2–4 weeks to review performance

We also want someone who can contribute strategically to the team:

• Someone who can suggest improvements to strategies to increase both lead quantity and lead quality
• Able to analyse campaign performance and bring new ideas to the table to strengthen our advertising strategy
• Someone proactive who is confident testing new approaches, audiences, creatives and funnels to improve results

Additional experience that would be beneficial:

• Experience using Go High Level (GHL)
• Experience setting up Meta pixels and tracking
• Familiarity with landing pages and funnel structures
• Ability to create simple ad creatives (graphics or short videos) when required

Most of the time, content will be provided, but occasionally we may require you to create graphics/videos or adjust angles on existing content.

Day to Day Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for:

• When a new client joins - setting up Meta ad campaigns from scratch
• Testing different audiences and creatives
• Writing ad copy and lead form questions
• Creating and launching Meta lead generation campaigns
• Connecting lead forms to our CRM system (Go High Level)
• Monitoring ad performance daily and weekly
• Optimising campaigns to generate the highest number of quality leads possible

Additional responsibilities include:

• Weekly or monthly performance reporting for clients
• Bi-weekly to monthly call with our team to review account performance
• Occasionally creating graphics or simple video ads based on our winning strategy (training provided if needed)

Communication Expectations : Communication is extremely important for us.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Responsive and reliable
• Able to reply to messages within a few hours or the same day

If it regularly takes days to get a response, this role will not be a good fit.
