We are hiring a Meta
Your role will be to generate consistent sales, lower CPA, improve ROAS, and build structured, scalable ad systems.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute Meta
Plan and execute TikTok ad campaigns
Build campaign structures (TOF / MOF / BOF funnels)
Create and test audience segments
Launch, monitor, and optimize ads daily
A/B test creatives, copy, and offers
Manage campaign budgets and scaling strategies
Retarget website visitors and abandoned carts
Coordinate with creative team for new ad creatives
Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, etc.)
Provide weekly performance reports with clear insights
Suggest creative strategy improvements based on data
Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta ad accounts
Proven experience running TikTok ad campaigns
Strong understanding of performance metrics and scaling
Experience with Shopify e-commerce brands
Ability to manage pixel tracking and event setup
Data-driven mindset
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred (Bonus)
Experience in fashion or apparel brands
Experience targeting male demographic (24–44)
Understanding of lifestyle and aspirational branding
Experience with wholesale lead generation campaigns
Experience using AI tools for ad testing and optimization
