A) About the role
We operate two established pet businesses:
(i) a Shopify e-commerce platform, and
(ii) a veterinary clinic.

B) Work arrangement:
Work From Office (Philippines). We are near Pasig. Accomodation Can Be Provided.
C) What you will own (core responsibilities)
1. Meta retargeting engine (primary)
i. Build and manage Meta
ii. Create and maintain Custom Audiences from customer lists (especially WhatsApp phone lists) and segment them (active, lapsed, high-LTV, etc.)
iii. Build behavior-based audiences (7/14/30 day visitors, ViewContent/ATC/IC, etc.) + exclusions (purchasers, recent redeemers)
iv. Set up clean retargeting structure: sequencing, windows, frequency control, suppression
v. Run Dynamic Product Ads / catalog retargeting where appropriate (Shopify)
2. Tracking & measurement (critical)
i. Ensure Meta Pixel + CAPI works properly on Shopify (event QA: ViewContent / AddToCart / InitiateCheckout / Purchase)
ii. Enforce UTM discipline for all WhatsApp/email links and paid ads
iii. Maintain a simple weekly performance report (spend, purchases, ROAS/MER as applicable, CPA, top audiences/creatives, key learnings, next actions)
3. What we are NOT looking for
i. Awareness/discovery campaign focus
ii. “Growth hacker” generalist
iii. SEO/content role
This is a performance + tracking role focused on warm audiences and retargeting.
D) Requirements (must-have)
i. 2+ years running Meta retargeting for e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
ii. Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel + CAPI
iii. Strong with Custom Audiences from phone-based lists (formatting, segmentation, exclusions)
iv. Understands Meta placements/inventory across FB/IG/WhatsApp and can explain when/why to use each
v. Can communicate clearly with an internal ops team (Shopify/funnel work handled internally)
E) Other Attributes
i. Dynamic Product Ads / product catalogs
ii. GA4/GTM familiarity (enough to QA UTMs and funnel flow)
iii. Google remarketing experience (bonus only)
