About us
We're a Dutch-owned e-commerce company running our own DTC brands. We advertise on Meta every day in Spanish-speaking markets with a cash-on-delivery model. Our biggest operational headache: ad accounts getting restricted or banned, often with no clear reason, and appeals that disappear into a black hole.

Who we're looking for
Someone who works inside Meta — as an ad reviewer, or in policy, integrity, trust & safety, or advertiser support — and understands how enforcement decisions are actually made.

What you'd do for us
- Review our accounts, funnels and creatives and tell us what's likely triggering enforcement
- Explain what a specific restriction or ban actually means and what the realistic path back is
- Sharpen our appeals: what works, what's pointless, what evidence actually lands
- Advise on account structure and practices so we get hit less often
- Be available for a short call when something goes wrong

What we are NOT asking for
No internal systems, no confidential information. We want your knowledge and judgement. We won't put you in an awkward position.

Requirements
- Verifiable work experience at Meta (or a Meta vendor/BPO) in ad review, policy, integrity or advertiser support
- Understanding of how DTC and performance advertisers operate
- Strong written English
- Reachable for a call within a few days when something urgent comes up

What we offer
- Part-time and flexible, no fixed hours
- Direct contact with the owners, short lines, fast decisions
- Long-term working relationship if it's a good fit

How to apply
- Start your subject line with GREY-LANTERN
- Your Meta background: role, team, and period (LinkedIn link is welcome)
- In a few sentences: in your view, what most commonly gets Meta advertisers hit by enforcement?
- Your rate and availability

Short answers are fine — we're looking for judgement, not length.
