Role Overview
We are hiring a Meta
This is not a high-budget scaling role.
We are currently working with a ~$25/day ad spend and are focused on testing, learning, and building a strong foundation before scaling.
This role is ideal for someone who can:
think strategically
analyze creative deeply
generate insights from limited data
What You Will Own
You will be responsible for:
Testing and optimizing paid media performance
Identifying high-performing creative and messaging
Providing insights that improve
Helping determine what should scale as the brand grows
This is a performance + insight-driven role, not just execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meta Campaign Testing & Optimization (Core)
Build and manage Meta
Test creative, messaging, and audiences
Optimize campaigns based on performance
2. Creative Testing & Selection
Select content from existing brand assets (Instagram, creative library)
Identify which visuals and formats perform best
Recommend what new content should be created based on results
3. Creative Pattern Analysis (Weekly)
Analyze competitor and industry ads (skincare, beauty, luxury)
Identify patterns in high-performing creative and messaging
Provide weekly examples of strong ads and explain why they work
4. Cross-Channel Feedback Loop
Translate paid media insights into recommendations for:
email
website messaging and landing pages
Collaborate with internal team (copy + lifecycle) to improve performance across channels
5. Content Recommendation Support
Review EMK’s Instagram and content library
Recommend which posts should be used for paid media
Suggest improvements to content based on performance trends
6. Performance Insights & Reporting
Provide weekly insights, including:
what worked
what didn’t
what should be tested next
Deliver clear, actionable recommendations (not just data)
Budget Context (Important)
Our current ad spend is approximately $25/day.
This role is focused on:
testing and learning
identifying high-performing creative and messaging
building a foundation before scaling
Ad spend is separate from your compensation.
Requirements
2–4+ years experience running Meta ads
Strong understanding of creative testing and performance analysis
Ability to work with small budgets and extract insights
Experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Important
This role is NOT:
a high-budget media buying role
focused on scaling spend quickly
dependent on discounts or aggressive tactics
an agency gig
We are a luxury skincare brand and require thoughtful, brand-aligned execution.
Compensation & Hours
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
Rate: $8–$12/hour (based on experience)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $80–$120 USD
This is a focused, strategy-driven role with opportunity to grow as performance improves and ad spend increases.
