Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a strong focus on Meta
The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical, someone who can manage campaigns while also handling tracking setup, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple accounts
? Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
? Set up, configure, and troubleshoot tracking systems (Meta Pixel, events, conversions,etc.)
? Ensure accurate attribution and campaign tracking across platforms
? Work with landing pages and funnels to ensure proper tracking and performance
? Maintain organized reporting and provide clear visibility on campaign performance
? Collaborate with the client on strategy, testing, and optimization efforts
Required Skills & Experience
? Strong hands-on experience managing Meta
? Solid technical understanding of tracking setup (Meta Pixel, event tracking, conversionsAPI, etc.)
? Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy
? Experience optimizing campaigns for performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
? Experience with Google Ads and/or YouTube Ads
? Experience with TikTok Ads
? Familiarity with multi-platform campaign strategies
? Experience working with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns

? Well-managed, optimized Meta campaigns with clear performance improvements
? Accurate and reliable tracking across all campaigns
? Clean reporting and strong visibility into results
? Proactive communication and consistent execution
Additional Notes
? This is a flexible, part-time role (10 to 25 hours per week)
? Work hours are flexible, but meeting deadlines and deliverables is critical
? Strong emphasis on professionalism, accountability, and ethical time tracking (hours logged should reflect actual work completed)
