We are looking for a highly experienced Media Buyer specialized in Meta Ads
This is not a junior or experimental role. We are looking for someone who fully understands Meta Ads Manager on a technical and strategic level and can operate independently with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Launch campaigns daily and manage ongoing ad delivery inside Meta Ads Manager
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns with clean, scalable structures
- Work with existing posts (dark posts), including selecting, re-using, and scaling them across campaigns
- Duplicate ad sets and ads across campaigns while maintaining correct tracking and structure
- Build and manage full-funnel setups including prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- Execute structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and placements
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, and spend pacing
- Actively manage account health, including troubleshooting ad rejections and delivery issues
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and scale winning ads
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads accounts at scale
- Strong technical mastery of Ads Manager including existing posts, duplication workflows, rules, and experiments
- Solid background in direct response e-commerce advertising (Shopify experience is a strong plus)
- Ability to scale ad spend while maintaining or improving ROAS
- Comfortable working with performance data, tracking, and attribution
- Highly detail-oriented, structured, and proactive
- Able to work independently and take ownership of results
