JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media & Growth Strategist with hands-on experience in wine, spirits, or regulated alcohol brands. This role is responsible for daily ad performance monitoring, deep analytics analysis, creative hook optimization, and organic growth strategy across Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook).

This is not a “set it and forget it” role. We are looking for someone who actively watches performance, understands why ads work or fail, and can confidently adjust hooks, creatives, audiences, and messaging in real time.

Paid Media (Meta – Facebook & Instagram)

Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Awareness, Traffic, Conversions, Retargeting)

Monitor ad performance daily

Analyze CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and creative fatigue

Identify why ads are underperforming (hook, visual, copy, audience, placement)

Test and iterate hooks, headlines, creatives, and formats (Reels, static, carousel)

Scale winning ads while maintaining efficiency

Ensure compliance with alcohol advertising policies

Bachelors
Masters

When applying submit the answers to the following scenarios

**Scenario 1: Diagnosing Performance

An Instagram Reel ad has:

CTR: 0.7%

CPM: $18

Frequency: 2.3

No conversions after 5 days

Question:

What are the top 3 possible reasons this ad isn’t converting?

What would you change first and why?

**Scenario 2: Hook Analysis

Here is a sample hook used in a wine ad:

“Introducing our handcrafted wine made with premium grapes…”

Question:

Why is this hook weak or strong?

Rewrite the hook in 2 different ways for:

a) Cold audience

b) Warm audience

**Scenario 3: Organic vs Paid Judgment

A Reel performs well organically:

High saves

High shares

Low comments

Question:

Would you boost this content or keep it organic? Why?

What signals matter most when d ---------- to put ad spend behind content?
