JOB OVERVIEW

We run two businesses and need one media buyer who can manage both accounts.

Business 1 — Education brand. High-ticket coaching sold through daily evergreen webinars and weekly evergreen challenges. Cold traffic, broad targeting, CBO structure, Meta CAPI, Cometly with first-touch attribution. We're also launching new offers and a new Shopify-focused course.

Business 2 — Screen printing company. Local and regional lead gen. Quote forms into GoHighLevel, VSL-driven landing pages. Production is handled — we just need consistent, qualified quote volume.

What you'll own

Full campaign management across both ad accounts
Creative testing strategy and briefing (we have an editor and designer)
Scaling what works, killing what doesn't, without burning the account
Landing page and funnel feedback based on what the data shows
Weekly reporting on the metrics that matter — not vanity numbers

You're a fit if

You've run high-ticket webinar or challenge funnels and can talk fluently about cost per registration, show-up rate, and cost per call booked — not just CPM and CTR
You've managed at least $500k in lifetime Meta spend
You've run lead gen for local service businesses with quote forms
You understand CAPI, pixel setup, and third-party attribution
Ecom/POD experience is a plus

How to apply

Record a Loom (10 minutes max) screen-sharing Meta Ads Manager on an account you personally managed. Blur client names if you need to. Show me:

The account structure and why you built it that way
Total spend on that account
One campaign that worked and one that didn't, and what you learned from the failure

Then answer these:

What's the highest lifetime ad spend you've personally managed, and on what offer type?
For a $3,000–8,000 coaching offer sold by webinar, what CPL do you target and what's your acceptable range for cost per booked call? Give me real numbers from an account you've run.
Our print shop leads come in through quote forms. How do you optimize when lead quality varies wildly and the conversion event happens days later, offline?

Start your proposal with META-RBY as the subject line. Applications without the Loom and the keyword will not be reviewed.

Start: 30-day paid trial managing one account, then both if it's a fit.
