We continuously test new products, creative concepts, and marketing strategies to drive growth. That's why we're looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer / Facebook Ads Specialist to help us scale our advertising efforts and become a key part of our team.

You'll join an ambitious remote team with weekly team calls, open communication, and plenty of opportunities to grow alongside the company.

What You'll Do

As our Meta Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and scaling our Meta advertising campaigns.

Your responsibilities include:

Building and structuring Meta advertising campaigns.
Launching new campaigns.
Creating and analyzing weekly performance reports.
Adding and managing new creators within campaigns.
Working closely with our Creative Strategist to improve creative performance using campaign data.
Continuously optimizing campaigns to improve results.
Developing and testing new ideas to scale performance.
Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
Has experience managing e-commerce advertising campaigns.
Has managed advertising budgets of €1,000–€1,500+ per day.
Is comfortable working with Google Sheets.
Has experience using Slack and Zoom.
Can work independently in a fully remote environment.
Can adapt quickly in a fast-moving business.
Is analytical and confident making data-driven decisions.
Loves testing new strategies and continuously learning.
Takes ownership and works proactively.
Thinks beyond simply managing campaigns and actively contributes ideas for growth.
Communicates clearly and works well within a team.
Fits a young, ambitious, and results-driven company culture.
