We’re looking for a Media Buyer who thrives in this environment—someone who isn’t just clicking buttons in Ads Manager, but who understands that creative testing, iteration, and rotation are the levers that move accounts forward.
Role Overview -
This role is about more than media buying. It’s about partnering with our creative team to:
- Identify which creative concepts are worth testing.
- Structure campaigns to consistently test new creatives without disrupting performance.
- Manage ad accounts in the $30,000–$80,000/month range, while also launching new accounts from scratch.
- Understand how to balance ABO testing structures with CBO scaling structures.
- Continuously feed learnings back into creative strategy, ensuring the account never runs stale.
Core Responsibilities -
- Execute on our proven campaign structures that prioritize creative testing and rotation.
- Launch and scale Meta ad accounts for DTC e-commerce brands.
- Analyze weekly creative scorecards to identify winners, cut losers, and guide next creative iterations.
- Collaborate directly with designers and editors to ensure ad production aligns with testing frameworks.
- Optimize campaigns for profitable growth using key metrics (ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, CPA).
- Spot funnel bottlenecks and surface insights beyond the ad account when needed.
Requirements -
- 2+ years of e-commerce media buying experience (agency or brand-side).
- Proven success managing ad spend between $30,000–$80,000/month.
- Experience launching brand-new accounts and scaling them to consistent performance.
- Deep understanding of creative performance: thumbnails, hooks, copy, angles, and iterations.
- Comfort running systematic creative testing frameworks (ABO for testing, CBO for scaling).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into creative next steps.
- Excellent communication skills—able to articulate what’s working, what’s not, and why.
Nice to Have -
- Experience with TikTok Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Airtable dashboards, creative scorecards, and other ad reporting tools.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and funnel performance beyond the ad account.
