Sideo is a growing Norwegian digital marketing and web agency working with service businesses. We are hiring a full-time Media Buyer to take ownership of paid social lead-generation campaigns and help us build a disciplined, measurable campaign operation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will launch, monitor, test, and improve client campaigns. We provide the broader client strategy, operating systems, and team support; you bring strong execution, command of the numbers, careful tracking, and proactive ideas.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Setting up and managing Meta lead-generation campaigns for service businesses
• Connecting lead forms and tracking workflows to GoHighLevel
• Testing audiences, offers, copy, ad sets, and creative variations
• Monitoring CPL, CTR, CPC, frequency, booking rate, show rate, and downstream performance
• Keeping campaign naming, pacing, tracking, and reporting accurate
• Participating in regular team reviews and bringing forward specific improvement ideas
• Documenting tests, results, and next actions clearly
• Managing a growing campaign roster without allowing details to slip

REQUIREMENTS
• Hands-on B2C or local lead-generation experience
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and core performance metrics
• Able to explain campaign decisions with evidence, not guesses
• Comfortable using GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Loom
• Clear written and spoken English
• Reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and available full time
• We are hiring an individual team member, not an agency

COMPENSATION
• $700–$1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and proven ability
• Opportunity for performance bonuses tied to agreed campaign KPIs
• 100% remote role with room to grow as the campaign roster expands
