JOB OVERVIEW

We run a portfolio of DTC Shopify brands in kids' supplements, wellness, and beauty. We're hiring a senior Meta media buyer to scale our accounts to $100,000/day in spend while keeping CPA under control.

The best media buyers think like day traders. They press when CPAs are winning, pull back fast when they aren't, and never let a bad day turn into a bad week. If that's how you already operate, read on.

What you'll own:

Full management of our Meta ad accounts across multiple brands: campaign architecture, budgets, bidding, and daily optimization
Actively managing spend against CPA, scaling up aggressively on winning days and cutting quickly when performance turns
Testing 100+ new ads per week from our in-house creative team and roster of ~20 creators, with a testing structure that finds winners fast and doesn't waste spend
Building account structures that work in the Andromeda era: creative diversity, consolidated campaigns, and broad targeting that lets the algorithm do its job
Diagnosing and fixing rising CPMs and bad CPA periods, whether the cause is creative fatigue, auction pressure, structure, tracking, or the offer
Running a tight feedback loop with our creative strategists: what's winning, why, and what we should make next
Prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaign setup
Daily performance snapshots and weekly reports that explain what happened, why, and what's next

Requirements:

Minimum $500K/month in Meta spend managed personally (not just "on the team"). Screenshots or case studies required.
Hands-on experience with how Andromeda changed account structure and creative testing
Experience in supplements, health, wellness, or beauty, and a strong understanding of Meta's ad policies for these categories
Proven ability to handle high creative volume (100+ ads/week) without losing control of the account
Strong grasp of unit economics (CPA, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV). You make decisions on profitability, not just platform metrics.
Account risk management: backup BMs, ad account redundancy, and handling disapprovals and restrictions fast
Fast, clear communication with same-day responses and significant overlap with Eastern Time business hours
Comfort using AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and creative iteration

Nice to have:

Spend experience on TikTok, Google, YouTube
Experience with third-party attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)
Experience working directly alongside creative strategists and UGC creators

Engagement:
We're looking for a long-term partner and are open to a full-time role for the right person. Compensation will be a base plus performance bonus tied to hitting CPA targets at scale.

How to apply:
Start your proposal with the word "SCALE." Proposals without it will be skipped. Include screenshots of your highest-spend account (redact brand names if needed) and answer every question below.

Application Questions:

What's the highest monthly spend you've personally managed on Meta? What were the CPA and ROAS at that level, and what category was it?
Which channels besides Meta have you spent on, and at what monthly spend?
Which product categories have you run ads for? Have you managed supplement, health, or beauty brands, and how do you handle policy restrictions and account safety?
Walk us through your campaign structure for a brand spending $50K+/day: testing, scaling, and retargeting.
How has Andromeda changed the way you structure accounts and test creative? What did you stop doing, and what did you start doing?
How do you manage spend day to day against CPA? Give a specific example of when you scaled hard and when you cut hard, and what triggered each decision.
CPMs are up 30% week over week and CPA is climbing. Walk us through exactly how you diagnose it and what you do in the first 48 hours.
How would you structure testing for 100+ new ads per week without tanking account performance or wasting budget?
How do you work with creative strategists? What feedback do you give them, how often, and in what format?
What do your daily and weekly reports look like? Attach an example if possible.
Which AI tools do you use in your workflow, and for what specifically?
What's your desired compensation, and are you open to a full-time role?
What time zone are you in, and what hours do you work?
