We’re seeking a part-time (10 hrs/week) Digital Marketing Specialist VA to support execution of paid media campaigns and client reporting. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on Google Ads / Meta Ads experience who can execute with precision, follow checklists, and deliver polished drafts for client updates.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign builds: Set up new ad groups, load keywords, audiences, and creative assets.
• Weekly optimizations: Run pacing checks, add negatives, pause underperformers, adjust bids.
• Client reporting drafts: Pull data, apply templates, and draft “what happened / so what” updates for review.
Requirements
• 1–2+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs/checklists.
• Excellent English writing for clear reporting drafts.
• Bonus: exposure to programmatic platforms (Basis DSP, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads).
Hours & Compensation
• ~10 hrs/week, flexible schedule (some overlap with EST preferred).
• Contract role, hourly or weekly retainer.
