# Meta & Google Ads Media Buyer | Lead Generation Specialist

## About Us

We are a fast-growing car rental company serving customers throughout New Jersey and New York. We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can consistently generate high-quality rental bookings through paid advertising.

## Job Responsibilities

* Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
* Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and Display).
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into vehicle bookings.
* Optimize campaigns daily to lower cost per lead and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).
* Build high-converting sales funnels and customer pipelines.
* Set up and manage retargeting campaigns.
* Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and calls to action.
* Design or coordinate ad creatives (images and videos).
* Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
* Provide weekly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
* Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers to improve results.

## Requirements

* Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
* Experience creating successful campaigns with measurable results.
* Knowledge of customer funnels and CRM integrations is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively improve campaign performance.

This is not just someone who launches ads—we need someone who can manage the entire advertising process, optimize performance, and help grow our business over the long term.
