JOB OVERVIEW

We are a European e-commerce brand. Our Instagram and Facebook business pages, and the connected ad account, have been restricted because of fraudulent copyright reports filed by a known scam operation that abuses Meta's automated IP reporting system.

We already have a complete evidence dossier: documented proof of the fraud, and a direct precedent where Meta reinstated an account within 24 hours once the real rights holder confirmed in writing that they had never filed the claim.

We need one persistent person to run this case to the finish line.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

File and track appeals and counter-notifications through Meta Account Quality.
Contact Meta support every day, follow up on every open ticket, and escalate wherever an escalation path exists.
Research and reach the official legal contacts of a large Japanese rights holder's European branch, then follow up until we obtain a written reply. We provide the templates and the full dossier.
Keep a clean daily log of every contact, ticket ID, agent name and response in a shared sheet.
Send a short end-of-day report.

COMPENSATION

100 USD per month base.
Plus a bonus, paid immediately once the restrictions are lifted and the removed content is restored.
If the case closes within the first month, that is 100 USD + bonus of 100 USD

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent written English and a professional tone.
Hands-on experience with Meta or Facebook account restrictions, appeals, disabled ad accounts or page reinstatement.
Extremely persistent. This job is about not giving up after the third automated reply.
Organized. The log has to be kept clean every single day.
