About Us

Randall Tree Services is a growing tree removal company based in New York. We specialize in tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, and emergency storm cleanup. We’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who can consistently generate high-quality leads through Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising.

Responsibilities

* Create, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
* Generate qualified phone calls and estimate requests.
* Write compelling ad copy and coordinate creative.
* Build and test multiple audiences.
* Set up and monitor Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
* Analyze campaign performance and improve results.
* Report weekly on cost per lead, ROAS, and campaign performance.
* Recommend new advertising strategies.

Requirements

* Proven experience running successful Meta Ads for local service businesses (tree service, landscaping, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
* Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
* Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
* Ability to communicate clearly in English.
* Reliable internet and availability for weekly meetings.
* Able to provide examples or screenshots of previous campaign results.

Bonus Skills

* Graphic design using Canva.
* Video editing for Facebook and Instagram ads.
* Landing page optimization.
* Experience with GoHighLevel or CRM systems.
