About Us
We are a fast growing direct to consumer e-commerce brand in the gardening niche. We sell a seed starter kit built specifically for people who have tried and failed to grow from seed and we help them finally succeed, but we will target new angles and avatars. We scale aggressively through paid Meta advertising and need a creative who moves just as fast.
What You Will Be Doing:
Editing high converting Meta ad creatives with a 24 hour turnaround using AI UGC avatar tools, cinematic b-roll generation, and professional voiceover integration.
Creating AI UGC content that looks and feels like real customer testimonials specifically a relatable everyday mom in her mid to late 40s sharing her genuine gardening failure and redemption story in a way that feels completely authentic and unscripted.
Building VSLs that take viewers from the specific pain of failed seed starting and wasted money through to the relief of finally finding a system that works and converting that emotional journey into purchases.
Cutting b-roll with AI generated footage to create scroll stopping content specifically empty seed trays, struggling leggy seedlings, effortless product setup, and thriving sprout reveals, maintaining a deliberate visual progression from cool flat failure lighting to warm golden success lighting across every ad.
Testing new hooks, formats, and styles based on performance data, specifically hook rate and hold rate metrics and iterating quickly based on what the numbers tell us.
Adapting quickly to what is working on Meta right now including short form Reels formats, longer emotional storytelling formats, and static image ads depending on what the data is showing.
You Must Have
Proven experience editing Meta ads for e-commerce brands with real sales results to show not just views or engagement but actual purchase driven performance data.
A portfolio of direct response ads that have generated real revenue for direct to consumer e-commerce brands gardening, home, or lifestyle brands preferred.
Hands on experience with AI UGC generation tools specifically Google Veo 3.1 and Higgsfield Kling 3.0 and the ability to prompt effectively for consistent realistic emotional performances across multiple clips. HeyGen or Arcads experience also considered.
Strong understanding of VSL structure, hook, problem, solution, proof, CTA, and specifically the ability to build emotionally driven VSLs that follow a pain to redemption arc rather than a features and benefits structure.
Experience with ElevenLabs or similar AI voiceover tools and the ability to generate and sync natural sounding conversational voiceovers that sound like a real person not a corporate narrator.
Ability to deliver a finished ad in under 24 hours without sacrificing emotional consistency or brand voice.
Deep knowledge of what resonates with female audiences specifically women 35 to 65 in the home and gardening space who respond to authentic emotional storytelling, personal failure and redemption narratives, and specific financial pain points rather than generic product features.
Bonus Points
Experience editing ads in the gardening, home, kitchen, or family lifestyle niche.
Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for final assembly, captioning, transitions, and sound design.
Understanding of Meta ad fatigue and creative refresh strategy specifically how to produce enough creative volume and diversity to give Meta's Andromeda algorithm sufficient data to optimize across multiple concepts simultaneously.
Experience with Advantage Plus campaign structures and how creative diversity affects algorithm performance.
Understanding of hook rate and hold rate metrics and how to use them to diagnose creative problems and inform the next iteration.
Experience producing both long form emotional storytelling ads and short form Reels and Stories formats for the same product and audience.
