JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor (AI UGC + VSL) — 7-Figure Ecom Brand

We're a 7-figure DTC brand spending significant daily budget on Meta. We need a fast, sharp video editor to produce ad creatives we test and scale across Facebook and Instagram. This isn't a "make it pretty" role — your job is making content that stops the scroll.

A huge part of this role is generating AI UGC at scale. **You must be specialized in Seedance and Kling 3.0 inside HiggsField** — this is non-negotiable, and we will test it.

What You'll Be Doing

- **Generate AI UGC videos** using Seedance and Kling 3.0 on HiggsField with strategic image + video prompting — realistic, conversion-focused content that's indistinguishable from real creator footage
- **Edit VSLs (Video Sales Letters)** — long-form sales videos with captions, b-roll overlays, product demos, and pacing that holds attention from hook to CTA
- **Cut ad creatives** — UGC mashups, statics-to-video, testimonial edits, and comparison-style ads
- **Produce hook variations fast** — take one winning body and ship 5–10 new hooks (first 3 seconds) for testing
- **Handle the full edit stack** — captions, pacing, sound design, b-roll, transitions, and native-feeling 9:16 vertical output

Must-Haves

- **Proven hands-on experience with Seedance and Kling 3.0 on HiggsField** — you know how to prompt for realism (consistent characters, natural motion, no AI artifacts), not just generate slop
- VSL editing experience — you've cut long-form sales videos before, not just short clips
- Fast turnaround: multiple creative variations per day, not per week
- Fluent English comprehension — you'll work from scripts and need to match cuts to copy beats
- Portfolio of actual ad creatives and at least one VSL (not wedding videos, not cinematic reels)

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with ElevenLabs or similar AI voiceover tools
- Nano Banana or other AI image generation for start frames
- Basic motion graphics (product callouts, text animations)
- Familiarity with Meta ad compliance (health/beauty claims, before-afters, etc.)
