JOB OVERVIEW

I run two Dutch e-commerce brands and I'm looking for one genuinely strong video editor to become my go-to person for Meta ads long-term. Starts part-time (~20 hrs/week), grows into full-time for the right person.
What you'll do:

Edit video ads for Facebook and Instagram, roughly 1 to 2 minutes each
20–30 ads per week, but mostly variations of each other (different hooks, angles, cuts of the same core footage) — once you know the style, it moves fast
To start, you only edit footage I provide
Later, room to help create AI-generated content too

What matters most to me, in order:

Hooks and retention — the first 2–3 seconds d ---------- whether the scroll stops, and you hold attention all the way to the call-to-action
Storytelling and pacing — you build an ad logically: hook, problem, product, proof, CTA. Your cuts are purposeful and serve the sale
Speed and consistency — you hold a high volume of variations without quality dropping
Motion graphics and text animation — a plus, not a requirement

Who you are:

You understand direct-response video — editing that sells, not just looks pretty. You can tell me why one ad converts and another doesn't
You're reliable, communicate clearly, and hit deadlines
You want a long-term home, not a quick gig
Your English is good enough for smooth daily communication

How to apply (read carefully):

Send 2–3 video ads you personally edited. Tell me your role on each
In one or two sentences, tell me the best-performing ad you've ever edited and why you think it worked
