Location: Remote | Full-Time | Strong Overlap with Eastern Hours

Compensation: Competitive salary (USD) + performance-based bonuses

Why This Role Rocks:
This is not a “run ads and send reports” position.
As our Marketing + Meta Ads Specialist, you’ll own the paid growth engine that fuels Podcast Your Brand’s revenue. Your campaigns directly generate 5–10 high-quality discovery calls per week, impacting pipeline, sales velocity, and company growth.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and creative team to design, launch, and scale full-funnel campaigns, from Facebook/Google ads to landing pages, email automations, and tracking systems.
If you love numbers, testing, and building systems that convert, while bringing a creative edge to messaging, this role is made for you.
What You’ll Do
Drive consistent, high-quality discovery calls (5–10/week) through paid ads and marketing funnels
Own Facebook & Google Ads campaigns from strategy to execution ($3K–10K/month initially, scaling to $20K+)
Develop multiple ad concepts, test angles, creatives, and messaging for optimal results
Analyze sales calls to extract language and insights for ad copy and campaigns
Build, test, and optimize funnels, landing pages, and automations (Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, WordPress/Elementor)
Track and optimize CPL, CTR, ROAS, and booked calls weekly
Collaborate with our CEO, designers, and editors to create high-performing ad assets
Manage weekly newsletter (2x/week) and social media posts aligned with campaign goals

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
3–5+ years running paid campaigns (Facebook required, Meta Andromeda preferred)
Experience designing & managing Call Funnel–style campaigns
Skilled at developing multiple ad concepts and testing them
Strong technical skills: Facebook Ads Manager, ActiveCampaign, Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, WordPress
Data-driven, creative, and accountable
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with podcasts, high-ticket service businesses, or B2B marketing
Experience supporting client-facing campaigns
