(A) About the role
We operate two established pet businesses (an e-commerce platform + a veterinary clinic) with 10+ years of customer history and a deep base of warm customers (WhatsApp/phone-heavy). We want a Meta ads operator who can convert warm audiences into revenue.
This is not a “branding” role. We want someone who can run campaigns, test creatives, and report results clearly.
Work arrangement: Work From Office (Philippines). Please state your city + WFO availability.
(B) What you will do
Launch and manage Meta campaigns
Build and manage audiences (customer lists + website visitors)
Coordinate with our internal ops team (we handle Shopify/site changes)
(Preferred) Ensure tracking basics are working (pixel events, UTMs)
Weekly reporting + recommendations (what to scale, what to pause)
(C) Requirements
At least 2+ years running Meta ads for eCommerce (Shopify experience is a plus)
Knows retargeting and audience building (customer lists + site visitors)
Good communication + organized work style
Comfortable working with weekly goals and clear KPIs
(D) Nice-to-have
Pixel/CAPI experience on Shopify
GA4 familiarity (basic)
