We are a fast-growing online education and coaching brand looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our webinar funnel. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who has done this before, understands the full funnel, and can turn ad spend into real revenue.
You will own the entire paid ads workflow — from creative strategy and ad scripting to campaign execution, data analysis, and CRM integration. If you live in the numbers and know how to move ROAS in the right direction, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
1.Plan, launch, and manage Meta
2.Write compelling ad copy and scripts that stop the scroll and convert cold traffic
3.Build and test audiences, creatives, and offer angles — systematically optimize based on data
4.Monitor daily ad performance and provide clear, actionable reports (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC)
5.Set up and manage campaign flows inside GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
6.Coordinate retargeting campaigns across webinar registrants and no-shows
7.Run A/B tests and iterate fast — we move quickly here
8.Communicate updates and strategy clearly with the team on a regular cadence
Required Skills & Experience

2+ years running Meta

Webinar funnel experience (registration to close)

Ad copywriting & scripting for video/static ads
?
Deep understanding of ROAS, CPL, CTR & funnel metrics

GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM — setup & campaign management
?
Data analysis — ability to read dashboards & make decisions
?
Audience research & interest/lookalike targeting
?
Experience managing $1K–$10K+/month ad budgets
?
Retargeting & multi-campaign architecture
?
Strong written English for messaging and reporting
