The person we're looking for:

You must be data-driven and comfortable presenting your findings and ideas to us.

You should have:

A strong work ethic

Excellent communication

Good time management

Ability to take feedback and implement it quickly

Confidence presenting new ideas and strategies

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Reliability and accountability

Flexibility with working hours depending on launches, webinars and tasks that need completing

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing our Meta advertising campaigns from strategy through to optimisation, setting up webinar campaigns, monitoring performance, testing creatives and audiences, improving cost per lead and booked call, managing retargeting campaigns, and ensuring everything is tracked correctly inside GoHighLevel.

You will also work with our team to continuously improve the webinar funnel and help us understand where leads are dropping off and what needs to change to increase conversions and sales.

IMPORTANT – Please include with your application:

How many years have you been running Meta Ads?

Tell us about your experience running ads specifically for webinars.

What is the highest amount of revenue you have helped a company generate through paid ads?

What monthly ad spend have you personally managed?

What is your experience with GoHighLevel?

Please provide screenshots/case studies showing previous campaign results.

Give an example of a campaign that wasn't performing well and explain what you changed to improve it.

What KPIs would you monitor when running a webinar campaign?

What are your expected hourly/monthly rates?

Please start your application with the word DASHH so we know you have read the full job description.

We are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of our team, take ownership of our paid advertising and help us scale our webinar campaigns using data rather than guesswork.

If you have the experience and results to back it up, we'd love to hear from you.
