We’re a fast-moving digital agency delivering real results across real estate, construction, e-commerce, and events. No fluff. No cookie-cutter campaigns. Just performance-led marketing that converts. We’re now looking for a high-level Meta Ads Specialist who can run the show—strategy, creative, execution—without hand-holding.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads campaigns that generate leads and sales
• Create standout creatives that go beyond standard Canva templates—think engaging Reels, UGC-style videos, scroll-stopping graphics
• Write sharp, conversion-focused copy tailored to each audience
• Continuously optimise and test to achieve the lowest possible CPL and highest ROAS
• Handle full Pixel installation, tracking, and event setup
• Build custom and retargeting audiences across the full funnel
• Integrate with CRMs (via Zapier) and ensure lead flows are smooth and tracked
• Take initiative on what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to be tested next
• Provide clean, actionable reporting weekly (no fluff)

? What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (with proof of results)
• Strong creative skillset — you can ideate, design, and execute your own visuals and content
• Sharp copywriting skills tailored to different industries and tones
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager
• CRM integration experience (Zapier essential)
• Pixel & conversion tracking mastery
• Able to work independently and bring solutions, not problems
• A forward-thinker who’s proactive, not reactive
• Bonus if you’ve worked with real estate, fitness, or service-based clients
