JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE READ

We are a US marketing agency that generates leads for home service companies — pest control, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, waste, etc.

How to apply

Two parts. Follow the format exactly. We are hiring someone who follows instructions precisely, so this application is
the first test of that. Anything that skips a step is not read.

Part 1 — Your message. Start with the exact words "META" followed by the lowest cost per lead you have personally achieved & other achievements relevant for a home service or local business on Meta — the number, the industry, and the country. Then state your available hours in US Mountain Time Zone.

Part 2 — A Loom video, 90 seconds maximum. Cover these four things in this order:
1. Your name and your home service / local business experience. Which industries, which countries, how long, and what
you achieved. Give me real numbers.
2. Walk me through your numbers. Screenshots, a spreadsheet, a report, a dashboard, whatever you have — share your
screen and talk me through it. I want to see cost per lead, spend, and lead volume, and I want to hear which of
those results were yours. You do not need live account access. Any document you can speak to is fine.
3. Answer this out loud: a client's cost per lead has doubled over the last 7 days. Nothing was changed in the
account. Walk me through what you check, in order. Be specific about where you look first and why.
4. Tell me why you are the best fit for this role and why you deserve an interview with me.

Follow these instructions exactly or you will not get interviewed.

We read and watch every application that follows the format.

The job

You own client ad accounts. You handle the manual onboarding setup — ad account access, pixel and conversion setup, lead form/landing pages, targeting, page connections. Then you build, launch, and optimize campaigns every day using the creative system and copy we provide.

Every client has a cost per lead target. That number is your scoreboard. Your bonuses and your raises come from how many of your clients sit at or under it. We are transparent about this because it is the entire system.

You need
- 1+ year running Meta lead gen campaigns for home service or local businesses — not ecommerce, not national brands,
not boosted posts
- Fluent in Ads Manager and Business Manager without a tutorial
- You understand pixels, custom conversions, standard events, and lead forms
- Comfortable managing $50 to $1,000+ per day in spend
- You can diagnose an account, not just describe it. When cost per lead moves, you know where to look first and why
- Strong fluent English, clear daily communication is VITAL
- 4+ hours of overlap with US Mountain Time.
