JOB OVERVIEW

We at Indigenous Wealth are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who is ready to help us scale our paid ad campaigns and reach more Indigenous Australians.

We help Indigenous Australians to build generational wealth, through property investment.

The Role
Help us:
- Grow our lead generation and ad spend through Facebook Ads from $15,000 to $30,000+ per month.

- Navigate the complexities of the financial services industry and being compliant with the Meta Ads platform

- Transition from Typeform to Hubspot landing pages and forms, while integrating with the Ads Manager

- Transition to our own Ads Manager (our current Ads Manager is under our old Marketing Agency’s business portfolio) so we have full control

- Set up a second pixel that we also own and start collecting data ready for the transition

- Create and test different creative to maximise qualified leads and maintain cost per lead as we expand budget and lead volume

- Build a system to maintain high performing ads all year round

- Find the most profitable segments of our audience and help design creative to attract these types of clients

The Applicant
- Full time staff member as part of the Indigenous Wealth Marketing Team (via local EOR)

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Perth time (which aligns perfectly with the Philippines time zone, no night shifts!)

- Work from home

- Have all the Philippines public holidays off to enjoy with your friends and family

- Must have experience working with Facebook Ad budgets in the $30,000AUD per month range

- We are a high ticket, appointment based company with leads required for our appointment setting team to call. Experience with this type of lead generation is preferred
